Buy yourself some flowers, bright flowers on your dinning table will create a loving and welcoming feeling.

Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a loving big hug. You deserve it!

Fireplace Meditation
There is something real cozy about sitting in front of a warm fireplace in the winter. If you have a fireplace, light a log and begin to enjoy it. If not, try to envision a comfy fire in a fireplace. Focus on the warmth of the fireplace and allow that warmth to be felt throughout the body.

Think of this warmth as love and envision the faces of people who are special. Think of why they are so special and mentally send love to them. Now, feel the love of people who have a special place in your life and feel their love. Know how special this love is and let it erase any problems of the day.

Take 5 minutes

Remember to take 5 minutes for yourself, during a busy week and take a deep breath and be still for a few moments......this quick energy rebooster will really give you the pick me up you need!

Hi Everyone!
When my first daughter Juliana was born, I received a packet from the hospital to start contributing to RESP's for her educational future. About 4 weeks later a very kind older gentleman came to my home and had a meeting with my husband and myself and set up the system for us, and explained in detail how it all would work for her in the future. I thought it was wonderful, but kept having a nagging feeling inside about it. I asked him at the end of his presentation, " what happens if she goes to a different type of post secondary school, say a dance school? What if she wants to study dance? Does the program still work for that?" He explained to me that yes, it does, and that if she decided that in her future she would be set with the funds to help her persue that goal!
As you can see from this beautiful picture of her, now at 14 years of age, that she is most definitely persuing dance, studying with the National Ballet of Cuba, and also in her local studio here in Caledonia. I think of that particular day in my life quite a bit, holding a four week old baby and contiplating her future, it's something that is prominant in my memory and the feeling was so strong that day. What do you think, Intuition or Coincidence?

I was recently on a trip with my Granddaughter Juliana to Boston, while

she attended a dance convention to improve her artistic skills. The days were free for the parents to explore and do as they wish, a lot of the families drove down to Boston, and some flew, we flew there. While Juliana was dancing I was pretty much on my own to see Boston or shop. Lucky for me, two very kind women invited me to go along with them in their car to go shopping. I said, " Fantastic, Great, and thank you!" I was secretly wishing to see some of downtown Boston. Karen was driving and Rachel ( who I have known since she was a teenager) was in charge of the GPS. Our navigator Rachel punched in the store " Target " for shopping and we were off! Fifteen minutes into what should have been a 5 minute drive, Karen started questioning our GPS system to see if it was put in correctly, she said, "Bettee is really enjoying this ride!" I loved it, and never said a word! A little later on we ended up downtown, I think in Quincy, clearly off track. It was a super tour, the girls were laughing, we were on an adventure. We were directed to make several turns and finally the GPS said we had reached our final destination, " Tarot Card and Psychic Readings Shop!" Wow! What an adventure we sure had, a good laugh, a great story to tell with an unexplainable ending!

Bettee loves Cats. We have two very spoiled ones here Olivia and Lucky Lou. We love a cat with a story. Olivia is from a horse farm, the last one, she is so precious and Lucky Lou is named after Bettee's sister. They both do their job of laying around the house and looking beautiful!
We really miss Prince Charming, we picked him up frozen from the side of the road, someone didn't want him, he was just a kitten. He unfortunately couldn't stay off the road, poor Princey.
Lots of visiting cats here, Midnight Spirit and Mini Stripes, we are cat crazy.

Good Morning!
Let's think about this Title of today's blog. Think about it for a minute or so. It is a very powerful statement that can be used in every aspect of our lives.

Think positive become positive. Think negative and doom, receive negativity and doom. Think about getting a new car, get a new car. Thoughts become things. Where you focus your energy and thoughts ulitmately becomes where your thoughts and energy goes. It is hard not to think negatively sometimes, but find one positive thing in a negative situation.

Practice for today on what you want in life. Think about it, focus in on it, write it down somewhere, your thoughts will eventually become reality. What small thing can you do to get closer to this goal? Ask for it, believe in it and receive it.
