Spread the power of random acts of kindness. If you're in a coffe shop or drive through pay for a coffee for the person behind you. Find someone who could really use some extra help this holiday season and give them the boost they need, volunteer.



Buy yourself some flowers, bright flowers on your dinning table will create a loving and welcoming feeling.



Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a loving big hug. You deserve it!



Fireplace Meditation
There is something real cozy about sitting in front of a warm fireplace in the winter. If you have a fireplace, light a log and begin to enjoy it. If not, try to envision a comfy fire in a fireplace. Focus on the warmth of the fireplace and allow that warmth to be felt throughout the body.

Think of this warmth as love and envision the faces of people who are special. Think of why they are so special and mentally send love to them. Now, feel the love of people who have a special place in your life and feel their love. Know how special this love is and let it erase any problems of the day.

Remember to take 5 minutes for yourself, during a busy week and take a deep breath and be still for a few moments......this quick energy rebooster will really give you the pick me up you need!

Intuition or Coincidence?

Hi Everyone!
When my first daughter Juliana was born, I received a packet from the hospital to start contributing to RESP's for her educational future. About 4 weeks later a very kind older gentleman came to my home and had a meeting with my husband and myself and set up the system for us, and explained in detail how it all would work for her in the future. I thought it was wonderful, but kept having a nagging feeling inside about it. I asked him at the end of his presentation, " what happens if she goes to a different type of post secondary school, say a dance school? What if she wants to study dance? Does the program still work for that?" He explained to me that yes, it does, and that if she decided that in her future she would be set with the funds to help her persue that goal!
As you can see from this beautiful picture of her, now at 14 years of age, that she is most definitely persuing dance, studying with the National Ballet of Cuba, and also in her local studio here in Caledonia. I think of that particular day in my life quite a bit, holding a four week old baby and contiplating her future, it's something that is prominant in my memory and the feeling was so strong that day.
